Q & A with Kiddo # 1

What’s been your favorite RV park so far and why?

I have liked all of them. I liked Wickham Park for the playgrounds, Golden Acres Ranch for the chance to sleep next to goats, Texas 281 was great for bike riding and visiting San Antonio.

How has this journey been different than you expected?

I don’t know. I think it’s really what I wanted it to be.

What do you feel like the Lord has been teaching you through this adventure?

That we don’t need a lot of stuff. And how to be kinder to each other.

What’s been the funniest memory so far?

My family is hilarious so I don’t know which moment to choose

What has been your happiest memory of the adventure so far?

Seeing the manatees at Blue Springs, Sea World, Big Bend National Park

Was there a moment in nature or moment anytime since we left that you really felt God very close to you?

When we finished the Lost Mine Trail. (At Big Bend)

Do you think it’s hard to live in Woody?

No

What’s the hardest part of living in Woody or hardest part of this adventure?

Not having my own room.

What are you looking forward to most?

Glacier National Park

  1. So did you find a place for me to sleep yet? Playing hooky …back is out. Your blog was timely ..makes me happy. About my joining you, I’ll bring my massage chair and heating pad. Can’t walk much but I can lie down on heat…does that count? Love you ALL much!!!!! nanakate

    1. We love you !!! How about we lay you down on a mat and just carry you around so you can enjoy the sights with us !? What a test of our strength training it will be ! πŸ™‚ I’m grateful for technology that you’re β€œhere” with us.
